I led the development and evolution of the UPS Healthcare brand identity, creating a distinct yet connected visual system that differentiates healthcare within the broader UPS brand while reinforcing trust and reliability. This work included establishing a dedicated color palette, custom iconography, illustration style, and application principles, all documented through brand guidelines to ensure consistency across customer-facing materials and communications. The guidelines now serve as a scalable foundation for internal teams and partners, enabling clear, compliant, and confident expression of the UPS Healthcare brand globally.
